Paradise Trails – Paradise Valley, Squamish

Paradise Trails is a proposed Equestrian Based Community planned for Paradise Valley in Squamish BC. 

The Centrepiece of the Paradise Trails project will be the Equestrian Centre with Read more...stables for 40 horses and both indoor and outdoor arenas for shows and training and competition - adding a significant community amenity to what Squamish already has to offer in this area.  

The residential portion of the project will include 82 Single Family Homes on large lots on the 112 acre site where buyers can "Build their Dream" in this idealic setting on the banks of the Cheakamus River. 

The Paradise Trails project is an important addition to Squamish.  The riding stables and equestrian centre will enhance Squamish’s status as the “Outdoor Recreation Capital of Canada” and for the first time, Squamish will be able to offer large lots where people can build new houses. 

Status: Third Reading Approved.  The District of Squamish is awaiting studies before proceeding to 4th reading.
